With the holidays upon us and a new year quickly approaching, there's lots of things to raise our glasses to! With so much cheersing and partying this time of year, we wanted to share a festive non alcoholic drink that you can enjoy every day! Plus, these ingredients have some pretty powerful healing properties.

Cranberries are said to help relieve various skin conditions, promote oral health, fight heart disease and even prevent certain cancers. Whereas rosemary is a great source of calcium, iron and vitamin B. It's anti-inflammatory properties is said to help digestion & help your memory. YAY!

What you need to impress your guests this holiday:

- Ginger Ale
- Fresh cranberries
- Fresh Rosemary
-Sugar

Place a generous handful of cranberries, two sprigs of rosemary, a tablespoon of sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water in a small pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 5 mins. Remove the rosemary and continue to simmer the cranberries until they are soft. Mash the cranberries into a puree and continue to simmer until the juice begins to thicken. Then strain the pulp so you're left with a nice bright red syrup!

Add 2 teaspoons of syrup to 1 cup of ginger ale.

Garnish with fresh rosemary and cranberries & serve!

Enjoy!
