We all have our little morning rituals: wake up, make up, coffee, aaaannnnndd run out the door?

Yeah...about that. Where's the food?!

Momma always said breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Well here's the thing: some of us just aren't hungry in the AM...or we woke up late as usual and now are scrambling to make up for lost time! But energizing is super important, so we want to share with you some easy smoothie recipes (5 ingredients or less!) to throw into the blender and down the hatchet.

Plus, as Spring has just commenced, it's an awesome way to get clean, healthy, and ready for summer! #ardenemadetomove

The Mean Green Machine

2 cups of baby spinach
1 orange
2 cups of mango (frozen)
1 1/2 cups of your fave juice
Liquefy in a blender and drink up! You can add chia seeds or oats if you want some texture/fiber.

The Berry Berry Delish

2 cups of baby spinach
1 cup of strawberries (frozen)
1 cup of blueberries (frozen)
1 banana
2 cups of almond milk
Liquefy in a blender and drink up! For protein, add some nuts. For sweetness, add some honey!

The Sunshine in a Glass

2 cups of baby spinach
1/2 cup of coconut milk (optional - replace with almond milk)
 3 cups of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
Liquefy in a blender and drink up! Add some coconut flakes if you want more flavor and texture.

Obvi, if you don't like some of these ingredients you can substitute for other options you love. That's the beauty of the smoothie: it's literally whatever you have hanging out in your fridge & freezer!
